Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

Returns:
Our policy lasts until an item is marked shipped by our supplier. When an item is marked shipped by our supplier(s) you are no longer eligible for a full refund. Please consider a refund during our processing which lasts between 1-5 days after purchase. If 90 days has passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please clean and/or do what you’re required to keep the item in the same condition as you received it before you package and ship the product.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

After you receive an item and you genuinely don’t enjoy the product, you may be eligible for a refund at supplier price. If 14 days have passed when you come to this conclusion, you're no longer eligible for a refund. If the request is before 14 days, you will be required to fill out a form of reason that acts as a request for a refund; answer why you dislike the item. If reasoning are against any legal/privacy and/or policy, your request will be rejected by The Man of Lawlessness; not eligible for a refund(s).

If you make an order on our website and an item is shipped and held at a post office because you weren't able to receive the order at the location of delivery, sometimes the post office will bring it back to the post office and if you fail to pick up that item(s) from the post office and they ship your order back to us, you will receive a refund but any/all shipping + fulfillment costs will be deducted from your purchase value and won't be refunded, including those on 'Free Shipping' options. 

 

Purchase protection (if applicable):
You may not be compensated and/or refunded for shipping and delivery times. The Man of Lawlessness is not responsible for the delivery and shipping times nor the timing of customs processing. If your item is not delivered within 80 days, you may be eligible for a full refund on selected items of which suppliers are capable of refunding The Man of Lawlessness on those items (Eligible Purchase Protection).


Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Donors

All donors have the right to ask and demand a refund in which 'The Man of Lawlessness' is required to refund their deposit of donation. Any/All profits made by 'The Man of Lawlessness' is owned by 'The Man of Lawlessness,'


Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):
