What are your shipping options?
We primarily ship through Canada Post to serve the best shipping performance. Shipping times are only an estimate depending on where you're located. The times are calculated as soon as they are in the hands of Canada Post. Please allow additional time for processing of your orders.
Any "PRE-ORDER" products are subject to wait until the release date and as we receive the "PRE-ORDER" products. Again, please allow additional time for the processing of your order. If you are currently experiencing difficulty, please don't hesitate to contact us at: info@themanoflawlessness.ca.
What is your return policy?
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In order for a return, the product must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and in packaging (if applicable). If you have obliged by the required policy, you are eligible for a refund at anytime.
Once we have received your return and inspected the product, we will send you an email to notify that we have received the product and refund your money. If you are returning for an exchange, we will ship out your desired product at no shipping cost. Please allow 2 - 5 business days to process the return.
We don't guarantee and cannot be held responsible if we do not receive your returned item.
Shipping and taxing costs are non-refundable. All items are traceable with our shipping provider (Canada Post). If you are curious to know where the shipment is taking your item, you can contact us by using our contact form. We will send you a link that shows exactly where its being processed, which country it has reached, how long it will take to be delivered to your door and more!
If you are purchasing an item over $75, you will be eligible for a free shipping experience.

Is it possible to get cheaper bulk rates?
Yes, if you're considering on purchasing 10 or more items at once, please do not hesitate to contact us. We offer a variety of different options depending on how much you're willing to purchase.

All sale items are considered a FINAL SALE. Under no circumstances can you obtain a refund for no apparent reason. You must detail us with your dissatisfaction before we can proceed to obtain a return.

All of The Man of Lawlessness products are made in unique parts of the world. The Man of Lawlessness is located in Ontario, Canada.
How can we get in contact with you quickly?
On our website will show an icon that says "Send us a message" at the bottom right side of the screen. Click that and you will be able to chat with us in real-time to get answers to your questions quickly. The chat is integrated within our Facebook fan page, we will respond using messenger on Facebook to get your questions answered as soon as possible, most conveniently.
We only respond in real-time depending on which time zone you're currently in.
How can I pay for an item?
The Man of Lawlessness accepts a variety of payment methods such as Visa/Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and Pay Pal.

- Click an item you wish to purchase.
- DO NOT FORGETto choose which color, size and quantity you wish to receive after clicking an item you wish to obtain.
- Now click, "Add To Cart." Your cart menu will fall on the right side of your desktop screen (mobile is different, but the same concept applies), click "Check Out" and then "Check Out" again.
- You will be required to fill out contact information, shipping information, your payment method and your desired shipping carrier.
You will be redirected back to the "home" page when the process is over.
I have a promotional discount code, how do I use it?
When you are checking out an item, on the right hand side where your awaiting purchases are currently showing will show a "discount" bar. Simply type in your code and click "Apply." The charges will be discounted.
